Pre Sale Questions

Yes, the products sold by Malak International across all the mediums have the same price tag.

If an item is sold out, you can request that we notify you when it is back in stock. If it becomes available again within 15 days, we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If there is no more stock, we will remove it from the website.

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

Yes, you just have to subscribe to the Malak newsletter by filling in your email ID, and you will receive information about the latest Malak items and events. You can find the Newsletter tab in website footer at www.Malak.com.pk

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it from "Login - Forgotten your password?" section. You will receive an e-mail with a link to enter and confirm your new password. Your password must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter.

This purchasing option is available on our only website. At Malak, we recommend having a user account, as it will make shopping easier by saving an address book and your payment details. You also have a record of orders, returns, and invoices.
