Shipping & Delivery

(Same-Day Delivery) Place your order before 1:00 PM to receive it the same day within Karachi & Lahore. A Rs. 499 same-day delivery fee applies. (Only for Prepaid Orders only)

Our standard delivery time is 2–3 working days within Karachi & Lahore and 3–5 working days nationwide, counted from the date your order is dispatched. A delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Free shipping codes are not applicable to Express/Same-Day Delivery orders.

Courier Partner
All orders are shipped via BlueEx Courier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery Attempts
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you and reattempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to the sender.

Order Processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods, slight delays may occur due to verification or payment checks.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Unverified Cash-on-Delivery orders may be canceled after two unsuccessful confirmation calls. Malak also reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing, or technical errors. In such cases, payments made via bank or card will be refunded within 10–20 days.

Returns
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Instead of a cash refund, a voucher equal to the product value will be issued for use on future purchases.
