Terms of service

1. COD Orders:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted for amounts up to PKR 10,000 only. Orders exceeding PKR 10,000 will not be processed under the COD payment option. Customers placing higher-value orders are requested to use alternative payment methods such as credit/debit card or bank transfer.

2. Order Cancellation Disclaimer:
MALAK reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in the event of technical errors—such as incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies, or system-related issues.

3. Payment Options:
Customers can make payments via Direct Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Debit Card, JazzCash, easypaisa offering flexibility and convenience at checkout.

4. Exchange Policy:
Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for covering any applicable shipping costs for the exchange.

5. Refund & Voucher Policy:
Refunds are not issued in the form of cash. Instead, customers will receive a voucher equal to the value of the returned product. This voucher can be applied to any future purchase and will be deducted from the total bill at checkout. Returned items must remain sealed and unused.
