Hold the tip horizontally, parallel to the inner rim of your eye, and follow the shape of your eye, staying as close to the lash line as possible.
If you wish to create an outer wing at the end, do not pull the eyelid, so the line stays even.
To enlarge your eye, apply the eyeliner starting, not from the tear duct, but from a third of the way in along the eyelid with a thin line and widen it towards the outer edge of your eye.
To maintain the eyeliner’s performance, apply before your eyeshadow, on your bare eyelid.
