One Touch Pen Eyeliner Intense Black
SKU: 8011003840502
Hurry up, only 5 items left in stock.
Pen eyeliner with intense colour that holds flawlessly. The precision tip allows you to create ultra thin or thick lines with ease for high-impact make up. Instructions: apply on your eyelid before your make up to maintain the tips performance. Store with the tip facing downward.
How To Use
If you wish to create an outer wing at the end, do not pull the eyelid, so the line stays even.
To enlarge your eye, apply the eyeliner starting, not from the tear duct, but from a third of the way in along the eyelid with a thin line and widen it towards the outer edge of your eye.
To maintain the eyeliner’s performance, apply before your eyeshadow, on your bare eyelid.
