"I was looking for the scent of incense of my childhood, when I went to church with my grandmother. A warm and intense perfume that recalls the black stones of Pantelleria". Giorgio Armani The luxurious Eau de Parfum Bois dEncens releases notes of Somali incense, an olfactory experience that recalls the hours spent by Giorgio Armani in the company of his grandmother in Italian churches. Thus the mystery of one of the oldest known perfumes in the world is reborn, the Kyphi, created 4,000 years ago by the Egyptians. Bois dEncens springs from the memories of Giorgio Armani. "I wanted to recreate the scent of incense that accompanied me in childhood, when I went to church with my grandmother," he recalls. "A warm and intense perfume that recalls the black stones of Pantelleria". Mystical and seductive, Bois dEncens is born from the balance between essences and pure incense with woody notes, splendidly sublimated by vetiver and cedar. It is the luxurious fragrance that Giorgio Armani wears every day.
